I have never purchased a bird that had to be shipped so I was very nervous, and I had NUMEROUS questions about the baby bird's status, as well as the shipping process. Dustin was great at sending me pictures, status updates on how the baby Crimson Bellied Conure was doing, as well as being very responsive to my many questions. My experience with Dustin was excellent. It took forever for my baby to wean and in the meantime I decided to get another baby. There were some problems getting the babies shipped but it wasn't Dustin's fault. The most important thing is that my two cockatiel babies are precious!
